tk Elevator is one of the world's largest producers of elevators. Every year the largest business unit of the ThyssenKrupp Group holds a conference for its executives. Due to the distribution of branches throughout Europe, this conference always takes place in a different European city. The conference is always an opportunity for workshops, team building and working groups. Face2FaceCom has been able to set standards in terms of content and design for several years now.

We placed the basic concept of the event in a floating event location in the port of Amsterdam. The semicircular arrangement of the group tables guaranteed a flexible change between lecture and work modules, medially supported by a camera live transmission on suspended screens. Breaks were held by the catering in the back area, in a furnished lounge area, or on the sun terrace. The furniture and design elements selected by us, such as sun sails and coffee and fruit bars, were perfectly integrated into the scenery. On the content side, we developed meticulous direction and workflow plans to perfectly coordinate the moderation, technology, camera, catering, team building and workshops. Stylish evening events completed a weekend full of programmes in an unusual location.
