Every three years, the global construction and mining industries come together at bauma in Munich – and every time, the event raises the bar. In 2025, it once again lived up to its reputation, welcoming 600,000 visitors from over 200 countries and hosting 3,601 exhibitors from 57 nations.
Right at the heart of it all: Hünnebeck Deutschland GmbH, one of the leading providers of formwork and scaffolding systems, and a long-standing partner of FACE2FACECOM.


A trade fair booth that’s more than just a space
Back in 2007, FACE2FACECOM. developed a unique concept that has since been refined and implemented once again at bauma 2025 – this time on an impressive 720 square meters:
A trade fair stand built entirely using the client's own products – simultaneously serving as a showroom, experience space, and brand ambassador.
Where others rely on brochures and roll-ups, Hünnebeck visitors casually lean against walls made from actual formwork systems. The stand becomes a walk-in business card – over 100 tons of material, cleverly integrated into a cohesive architectural concept that’s as functional as it is impressive.


A brand experience – live, multimedia-based, and multilingual
What sets Hünnebeck apart is also reflected in the on-site experience:

14 live streams in 8 languages connected audiences across the globe.

Live product presentations provided in-depth insights.

A premium catering service kept guests and staff energized.

Around 80 employees were on-site each day, guiding guests through the stand – all supported by FACE2FACECOM., both during the two-week setup phase and throughout the event itself.

A strong team since 2010
What started as a trade fair project has grown into a long-standing partnership:

We are especially proud that, despite the rebranding from HARSCO to Hünnebeck, we continue to be entrusted with the full organization.
