FERCHAU Engineering GmbH is a German Engineering and IT service partner. They act as a temporary employment agency for engineers, technicians, technical designers and IT consultants. Biggest topic for Hannover Messe was therefor recruiting. We were asked to clearly point out career options and attractive positions within the FERCHAU organisation for potential employees.

As a central element, we created an abstract tree that showed career options in different fields of work. Additional information was transported through augmented reality terminals. Using the FERCHAU App, visitors were able to virtually experience the worlds of aviation and space travel, as well as automotive and plant engineering. In the background, we seamlessly integrated storage room and kitchen into the stand design. Trained hosts in techy costumes asked visitors to participate in lotteries and handed out vouchers. As a special effect we installed a visual connection to the small sister stand on the VDI Area right across the aisle.
