B2X helps to streamline after-sales operations for manufacturers of smartphones and consumer electronics providing full visibility and control over the customer care experience. Their work is based on the SMART SERVICE Platform called SMARTCARE Technology. The trade fair performances posed several challenges for us. It was essential to present the SMARTCARE technology in an innovative way, whereas the rest of the stand should be used for an open communication platform and complex business talks. All that on 30 sqm.

Smartcare technology was our teaser. We placed individually crafted terminals at the corner of the stand in order to connect faster with interested visitors. That way sales department and content manager easily approached people about the main service “customer care”. The terminals also divided the space for an open lounge area with cosy sofas, coffee tables and movable seating cubes for maximum flexibility.

A lot of storage space and a bar defined a catering area – a must have in any feel good atmosphere and essential in order to look after clients and staff likewise. As part of an integrally thought-out stand design we used a huge background graphic with an emotional photo and keywords to point out core competences of B2X. A semi-arch used as a ceiling also featured accentuated lighting. Floor graphics that continued on the wall led to a smart screen used for live presentations and additional information on the technology.
