TKMX is one of the world's largest materials dealers. As a GmbH of the parent company, they offer materials, raw materials and other services for over 250,000 customers. The annual management conference in Essen has always been a special challenge for face2face. In addition to a general advisory function, we have been an operational partner since 2010.

In a large loop between customer, in-house event location and content providers, we coordinated numerous other trades that had received a detailed briefing from us in advance. Our stage and set design created an impressive setting. In coordination with the building services department, technical, lighting and layout plans were drawn up. The spacious rooms around the main event were included in the planning and equipped with relevant materials for workshops and consulting groups. During the event itself, we were responsible for the smooth running of the event, all necessary modifications and event monitoring. This allowed the customer and participants to concentrate fully on the content.
