We had the pleasure of organizing a fantastic summer party for a special client, a large international management consultancy based in Düsseldorf.
VINTAGE ELEGANCE.
The event took place in a fantastic location in Düsseldorf, which was transformed into a colorful plant oasis for our occasion. The planning included both indoor and outdoor areas. Outside, thanks to the glorious August weather, there were numerous different seating and standing options as well as two visually stunning food trucks with delicious dishes. One offered delicious Asian bowls in vegan and meat versions, while the other served delicious pastrami burgers in meat or beyond meat versions.

The food trucks were perfectly complemented by a first-class bar service and our experienced baristas. Everything was possible, from regular coffee to iced coffee. As a special extra to match the weather, we served our guests ice cream in unusual flavors such as cassis, salted caramel and tonka bean. But that wasn't the only sweet treat of the evening. The dessert buffet presented delicacies such as Judge Fudge Brownies, coconut milk rice and strawberry mousse.
COCKTAIL SHOW & BLOSSOM GLOW.
For a successful ending to the evening, we had the task of creating an unforgettable evening event for our customers. Our photo box generated lots of fun memories, while our two talented bartenders put on a show to impress every guest with their cocktail skills.

A successful summer party also needs the right soundtrack, and our DJ really rocked the stage that evening. From old school hip-hop and funk to the latest chart hits - everyone had something to dance to.

It was a wonderful summer night that will certainly remain unforgettable not only for our client and their guests, but also for us. We love organizing special events and look forward to many more.
