Reimagining care: At the Altenpflege fairs in Essen (2024) and Nürnberg (2025), the PflegePlus in Stuttgart, as well as further trade show appearances in Vienna and Zurich, myneva positioned itself as a forward-thinking influencer in the care industry—deploying a modular booth concept that compellingly combined technology, empathy, and brand identity.

At the heart of the presentation was the AI-powered software platform myneva.care—designed to alleviate care professionals’ workload and provide smart support amid growing time pressure and staffing shortages. These trade show appearances not only showcased the latest product developments but also served as hubs for intensive exchanges, valuable networking, and expanding international visibility.

Branded for Recognition. Designed to Last.

A brand presence you can see—and remember.
Two distinct signage solutions maximized visibility:
One was a striking LED-illuminated front-sign mounted on a backing panel; the other were subtle logo vinyls applied directly to the walls. Both modern and highly effective.

Corporate design was further elevated with orange “sprinkler tulle” draped horizontally across the ceiling and vertically along the booth edges. Blue armchairs and sofas provided contrast, anchoring the brand colors, while the remainder of the furniture stayed in neutral tones for a warm and inviting ambiance.

Architecture as a Brand Message.

The 105 m² space was clearly zoned into lounge, work, and storage areas, unified by a central four-sided wall structure. Each wall featured high-quality graphics, doubling as decoration and serving a functional purpose—QR codes provided quick access to the website.

On two outer panels, lit fabric graphics mounted on lightboxes delivered vivid colors and razor-sharp imagery—ensuring high-impact brand presence at first glance.

Tailored, Not Templated.

One booth, two approaches:

  • In Essen, the design featured a classic speaker podium, ideal for keynotes and demos. A 4 x 2.5 m LED screen offered generous projection space, grabbing the attention of passersby.

  • In Nürnberg, the podium was replaced with a more intimate setup: matching benches and stools facing the LED wall. This arrangement prioritized dialogue and warmth—while retaining the multi-media display’s visual pull.

Simplify Hardware.

Function meets flexibility:
Tall demonstration tables equipped with 13 monitors (32", 4K) offered live software presentations.
With Ethernet, HDMI/DisplayPort ports, and USB 3.0 hubs at each station, seamless connections to laptops allowed for quick demos and consultations.

Networking Starts with a Conversation.

The lounge—complete with a coffee station—was placed right behind the seating area to create a welcoming, relaxed meeting point. It encouraged comfortable interactions and offered a natural pause for deeper conversation.

Cover is Care.

A small giveaway with big meaning:
The slogan “Simplify Care” was made tangible with a branded webcam cover, tied to a compact info card with embedded QR code—offering website access.
These, along with other thoughtful eco-friendly giveaways like recycled fabric tote bags, made for memorable and practical brand tokens.

Design That Adapts to Any Space.

Just weeks after Nürnberg, myneva appeared at PflegePlus (May 14–16, 2025) in Stuttgart—with the same concept adapted to a much smaller 35 m² footprint.

Achieving symmetry, functionality, and brand presence in a more compact version required precision planning: the modular sections were reconfigured so that the illuminated logo, sprinkler tulle, and lightbox graphics retained their clarity and impact.
The result: a scaled-down booth that maintained full brand recognition.

Boundless Horizons.

Having delivered three successful exhibitions—in Essen, Nürnberg, and Stuttgart—and supported appearances in Vienna and Zurich, we look back with pride and gaze forward with anticipation.

Working with myneva from initial concept to final LED test has been a true creative and technical joy for our team.
